Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Rovina™ packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
